Accreditations

Every badge links to its register — so you can check it yourself.

Fake or out-of-date trust badges are a real problem in home improvement. We only show an accreditation with its registration number and a link to the scheme's live public register.

Our accreditations

Current and verifiable

This list updates itself: a badge appears when its certificate is added and disappears on its expiry date.

Our rules

How we show accreditations

Linked to the register

Every badge links to the scheme's own public register, so you can check it yourself.

Registration number shown

Each badge shows its registration or certificate number next to the scheme name.

Hidden on expiry

Our system stores each expiry date and removes the badge automatically if it lapses.

Partners named

Where a partner delivers a service under its own certificate, we name the partner.

Questions

Checking accreditations

How do I check an installer's accreditation?

Open the scheme's public register (each badge links to it), search for the company or registration number, and check the name, address and the type of work it covers match.

Why might a badge disappear from this page?

Badges are removed automatically on their expiry date until a renewed certificate is added. We never show an accreditation we can't link to a live register.

Who installs work covered by a partner's certificate?

Where a partner delivers a service under its own certification, the badge names that partner, so you know whose certificate covers your installation.
