What to know
How we approach it
Planned around your building
Schools are planned around term times, hotels and restaurants phased to keep trading, and care homes and healthcare buildings use occupied-building methods with fire safety at the centre.
Fire safety and compliance
Non-combustible mineral wool EWI and rainscreen systems to Approved Document B, cavity barriers and fire-stopping, and a fire risk appraisal of the external walls (PAS 9980) where relevant.
One contractor, every trade
Roofs and walls from our insulation division, glazing and shopfronts from LINX Glass, and solar PV, batteries, heat pumps and EV charging from LINX Renewables — one programme, one point of contact.

Questions
Common questions
How is commercial insulation priced?
Per m² after a survey of the building, its access and its condition. Commercial heat loss surveys and SBEM assessments are priced up front.
Can you work while our building stays open?
Yes. We phase works, work out of hours, plan around term times or trading, and use occupied-building methods in care settings.
Do you use non-combustible insulation?
Wherever the building's height, use or fire strategy requires it — mineral wool EWI and rainscreen systems to Approved Document B, with cavity barriers and fire-stopping.
Can you improve our non-domestic EPC?
Yes. An SBEM assessment models your building, and we can show which upgrades improve its rating before you commit.
