We ask every customer
When a job is signed off, every customer gets a review request by text and email, with one reminder — not just the ones we expect to be happy.
Live platforms only
Ratings and reviews come from the platforms themselves. No hand-typed numbers, star ratings or testimonials anywhere on this site.
We reply to every review
A person reads and approves a reply to each review, good or bad.
Nothing filtered
We don't pick which reviews you see. The platform shows them all, with dates.

Where can I read LINX reviews?
On our live review profiles, linked from this page as soon as each one is verified. Every rating you see on this site comes straight from the platform.
Why don't you show star ratings on your pages?
Because we only show numbers pulled live from a real review platform. Typing ratings or review counts by hand is misleading, and since April 2025 it's banned under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act.
Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. Every customer is asked when their job is signed off. Asking selectively would give a false picture — and is also caught by consumer law.
