1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, run by LINX Glass & Energy. [Registered company details to be added.] Any work we carry out for you is covered by your written quote and our terms of business, which take precedence over anything on this website.
2. Prices on this website
Prices shown on the website and in the quote builder are indicative ranges for London and the South East, supplied and installed, including VAT where stated, and dated on each page. They are not an offer or a fixed price.
Your final price is confirmed in a written quote after a survey, which takes account of exact sizes, access, structure and specification. If a survey shows the work isn't suitable, we'll tell you rather than proceed.
3. Estimates, AI tools and grant results
- Sizes estimated from photos, and EPC planner results, are estimates and are labelled as such.
- Grant checker results say whether you are “likely” or “possibly” eligible. Final eligibility is decided by evidence and by the funder or council, not by us. Scheme rules, amounts and deadlines can change at short notice.
- The chat assistant answers from our catalogue and prices; price and suitability are always confirmed by a survey and written quote before you commit.
4. Paid surveys
Survey prices, what's included and the booking terms are shown on each survey page and confirmed when you book. Where stated, the survey fee is credited against your installation if you sign with us within 90 days of the survey.
5. Your right to cancel
If you agree a contract with us away from our premises or at a distance, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your quote explains how this applies to your order, including made-to-measure products and any work you ask us to start within the cancellation period.
6. Using our website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it's general information, not advice for your specific property. Brand names belong to their owners and are used to describe the products we install.
Please don't misuse the site, attempt to access our systems without permission, or submit other people's details without their agreement.
7. Our liability
