How it's priced
Priced after a free design survey
Every building services project is designed for its site, so we don't publish a misleading ‘typical’ price.
Overview
Most glazing projects need some building work: a wider opening for bifolds, a new steel beam, a lowered sill, or plastering afterwards. We do this with our own in-house building team, so there's no gap between trades.
It's why we can give a fixed survey-to-install timeline on glazing and one named project manager for the whole job.
Forming and widening openings for doors and windows.
Installed to the structural engineer's design.
Plaster, render and brickwork finished afterwards.
Our own fitters and builders on site.
Building and glazing scheduled together.

Good to know
Structural openings need calculations from a structural engineer and Building Regulations approval. We coordinate both as part of the job.
Work on or near a shared wall may need party wall notices to your neighbours. We'll tell you if it applies.

Not on glazing. Our own fitters and building team do the work, managed by one named project manager.
It depends on the width, the wall and the steel needed, so it's priced with your glazing after the survey.
