How LINX handles it
- 1
Heat loss survey first
MCS heat pump installs need a room-by-room heat loss calculation. The survey fee is credited against your installation if you go ahead within 90 days.
- 2
Fabric first
We check loft and wall insulation first, so the heat pump is sized for a well-insulated home.
- 3
The grant comes off your price
The MCS-certified installer applies for the grant, so the amount is taken off what you pay.
