About the spray foam suitability assessment
Why do some lenders worry about spray foam?
Foam can hide the condition of roof timbers and trap moisture if it's the wrong type or badly installed. An independent assessment gives you and your lender the facts.
Is the fee credited?
If you go ahead with the work through LINX within 90 days, the survey fee is credited against your installation. If you don't, you still keep the report.
