Good to know
Building Regulations set minimum heights and loads — in homes, typically 900 mm on stairs and landings and 1,100 mm on balconies and external edges. We design to them.
A new balcony or roof terrace usually needs planning permission; replacing an existing balustrade usually doesn't.
Typically 4–8 weeks from survey to installation, agreed with you up front. One named project manager runs your job from survey to sign-off, and our own fitters do the work — we don't subcontract glazing.
