Overview
French doors are a pair of doors that open from the middle, giving a wide opening without the cost of bifolds. They suit smaller openings, upper floors with a Juliet balcony, and period homes.
We fit French doors in REHAU uPVC, SMART or AluK aluminium and Schüco, priced for a typical 1.5 × 2.1 m pair.
Both doors open fully for an uninterrupted gap.
Pair with a glass Juliet balcony on upper floors.
Matched to your windows in three tiers.
Add glazed side panels to fill a wider opening.
Smart-lock options on the master door.

Good to know
Replacement windows and doors must meet Building Regulations for energy efficiency, safety glass, ventilation and fire escape. Each installation is certified through a competent person scheme such as FENSA, or signed off by building control, and the certificate is yours to keep for when you sell.
Glass in doors, low-level panes and anywhere people could walk into it must be safety glass under Building Regulations — toughened or laminated. We specify it as standard in those positions.
Typically 6–8 weeks from survey to installation, agreed with you up front. One named project manager runs your job from survey to sign-off, and our own fitters do the work — we don't subcontract glazing.
