Overview
Why pool enclosures?
A glazed pool enclosure lets you swim all year, keeps leaves and debris out of the water and reduces heat loss from the pool.
Pool enclosures need careful design for condensation, ventilation and safety glass, so we design and price each one after a site survey.

Good to know
Planning, regulations and timings
Condensation and ventilation
Pool halls are humid. Ventilation and dehumidification have to be designed alongside the glazing to avoid condensation.
Safety glass
Glass in doors, low-level panes and anywhere people could walk into it must be safety glass under Building Regulations — toughened or laminated. We specify it as standard in those positions.
Planning
Larger enclosures usually need planning permission. We check at survey.
Questions
Pool enclosures: your questions answered
How much does a pool enclosure cost?
Every one is designed for the site, so we price a pool enclosure after a free design survey rather than quote a misleading 'typical' figure. You get a written quote before anything is ordered, and nothing is built until you've approved the design.
Will a glass pool enclosure suffer from condensation?
Not if ventilation and dehumidification are designed in. That's the first thing we plan.
Do pool enclosures need planning permission?
Larger ones usually do. We check the position, size and your property's status at the site survey.
