Why it matters
Why service every year
Keeps it efficient
Dirty filters, low pressure or poor settings quietly push up running costs. A yearly check puts them right.
Protects warranties
Many manufacturers require annual servicing to keep extended warranties valid. We keep a record of every visit.
Catches faults early
Small problems found on a service visit cost less than a breakdown in January.
Reminders, not chasing
We remind you when your service is due and book a time that suits you.
How it works
Three steps to a service plan
- 01
Tell us what you have
What's installed, roughly when, and where — whether we fitted it or not.
- 02
We confirm your plan
We confirm what's covered and the price in writing before you sign up.
- 03
We book and remind you
Your annual visit is booked and you get a reminder before it's due.

Questions
Service plans: your questions answered
How much does a service plan cost?
Plans and prices are confirmed on request, because they depend on what's installed and how many systems you have. You get the price in writing before you sign up.
Do you service systems LINX didn't install?
Tell us the make, model and age of your system and we'll confirm whether we can cover it.
Does servicing affect my warranty?
Many manufacturers require annual servicing for their extended warranties to stay valid — check your warranty terms. We keep a record of every service visit for you.
How often should a heat pump be serviced?
Once a year is the usual recommendation, and some manufacturers make it a warranty condition.
Who services air conditioning?
Air conditioning refrigerant work must, by law, be carried out by F-Gas certified engineers. Filter cleaning and drainage checks are part of the same visit.
