For offices, retail, schools, warehouses, hotels, care homes and mixed-use buildings, we upgrade roofs, walls and plant with systems specified for the building's use and fire strategy — non-combustible mineral wool wherever the rules require it.
Commercial work is measured and priced per m² after a survey, and planned around how your building runs: out of hours, in phases, or around term times and trading.

How is commercial insulation priced?
Per m² after a survey of the building, its access and its condition — buildings vary too much for a fixed online price.
Can you work while the building is in use?
Yes. We plan works around occupation: phased areas, out-of-hours working, school holidays or trading hours.
Do you handle fire safety on commercial cladding?
Yes — non-combustible mineral wool systems where the rules require them, cavity barriers and fire-stopping, and a fire risk appraisal of the external walls (PAS 9980) where relevant.
